I've sat on both sides of the table.
As a biotech founder and venture builder, I struggled to find exceptional experts without jumping through paywalls, scrolling through transactional directories or relying on a name and a CV. I wanted people I could trust.
Why I built Resilient Collective
People with real experience, different perspectives and a genuine interest in building a relationship.
As an independent consultant, I felt the other side of the equation. It was hard to build visibility and credibility from scratch. The expert networks I encountered often felt transactional, took a significant cut and left me feeling like a profile in a database rather than part of something bigger.
And I wanted more than a marketplace.
I wanted people to learn from, share ideas with, collaborate with and lean on. People across Europe who understood the highs and lows of independent work. People who could open doors, share opportunities, team up on bigger projects and help each other grow.
I couldn't find that ecosystem. So I built it.
Resilient Collective brings together people with hard-won experience and the organisations that need them. A place where expertise can move, relationships can grow and the right people can find each other.
Because biotech has the talent, knowledge and experience to solve enormous problems. We just need better ways to connect it.

Resilient Women is shaped by the women of the Collective, for the women of the Collective.
It is a space for genuine connection, practical support and shared experience, recognising that independent consulting can be both incredibly rewarding and, at times, isolating.
Together, we are building a community where women in biotech can support one another, navigate the realities of independent work, and grow sustainable, successful careers on their own terms.
